Question Y-Pipe Question (Searched)

I guess the thing i dont understand is.. why even have a Y-Pipe.. shouldnt straight exaust flow better? I was just wondering everyones opinion on the matter.. or even the truth of the matter. When the exaust hits the Y shouldnt that interrupt the flow?

It's a conspiracy, same thing as the Salad fork, and the dinner fork.. really you could use either, for either.

Do another search. The FC's dual exhaust system has been debated and discussed at great length numerous times. Let's not do it again.
