when i bought my 87 turbo II it had s5 tailights on it. Now the problem is the brake lights don't work. When you turn the lights on they glow red but when you push the brake they don't become brighter. What should i do?

 

Check the stop light switch coming off of the brake pedal. The switch should be normally open so when you depress the pedal it closes the circuit and the tail light get brighter. Before that honk your horn, if that does not work check the fuse box by your feet and see if you have a blown fuse. After that check for opens in the wiring to the lights.
