Xtd flywheel counter weight

I am replacing my clutch and the flywheel has a bunch of cracks in it. so i ordered a light weight steel racing beat flywheel. i need a counter weight. so my question is will this XTD FLYWHEEL HEAVY DUTY COUNTER WEIGHT BALANCE 89-95 MAZDA RX7 RX-7 TURBO on ebay work for a 1990 na. my understaning is that the turbo and non turbo weights are the same. can not really afford a oem one right now. has any one used this weight or should i just go with a oem one.

welcome to the board.

the weight is the same - turbo vs. non-turbo for the respective Series cars.

OEM is probably best, but on the question of that particular brand, i don't know anything about them so i defer to other opinions. however, it's probably okay to use it.

the chances of this XTD weight just being a re-boxed Mazda part are really high. its kind of a rotary specific part, and nobody is going to make that
used is find too, its not really a wear part

is the rear CW the same on the FC and FD?

also that they list it as 89-95 model years too, rather than 86-95?

it doesn’t appear to be OE either, but it is quite a bit less expense (under $100 new). I know Mazda wholesale on a new FD CW is ~$160. Which I need one is why I’m asking.

the S5 and FD are the same, same weight rotors
S4 had heavier rotors and uses a different one.

if you're having the rotating assembly balanced it might not matter which one you started with
