Xenon kit issues for second gen!

Hey Folks.. I baught a Xenon Kit for our beloved Second Gen. After a Week worth of Fooling with it I Finally Got the beams Focused.. What a pain in the ***. Are the bulbs even made for the housings. Sure it takes H4. And i have the H4 bi Xenon.. But if i just stick them in their Without Bending those Metal Tabs Forward the bulbs are to far in making the Beam So wide its shining on Upper signs on the freeway..

SO after getting most of that taken care of One of my Bulbs dont want to come on when i turn the lights on. Ballast checked out ok. I even have a spare. anyone have issues with this... Also the bulb sorta dammaged the housing because the hardware is Faulty also and the Bulbs want to come out .. had to JB weld the ******* in.. SO anyone else having as much fun as me?

I bought Raybrig housings and Mcculloch lights, they worked instantly with no fooling around.

i have a set of h4 housings i got from the junkyard for $2 haha. i dont remember the brand name, but i put the silverstar bulbs in them and they are pretty damn bright. ill try to remember to check out the name of them and post it in here. i havent have any trouble with them at all, the h4s fit in snug and didnt hit the housings or anything.
