N374 is the JSpec ECU I believe. Perhaps that's the issue?

yep thats the problem its a jspec you need to us ecu

That's how my ECU came with my JDM engine too. You gotta use a U.S. harness and ECU.

actually i found out its a jspec harness and an american ecu I wounder if theres an adapter

Where did you find that out at? The N374 is definitely a Jspec ECU and according to your picture, that's what you've got.
