all the sudden today at 3800 rpms all i get is popping and stuttering.. not like a hesitation but like a total miss from the engine..no power whatsoever... any sugjestions??? fresh reman motor 2k miles on it...

Yep.. You have a secondary injector problem.

 

could it be the injector connecters??? i doubt the injectors themselves would just give out..

 

i think the connectors are pretty good quality, those wires do get brittle though. i imagine even more so with the heat of a turbo. do you have the right impedance injectors in it?

 

How much boost are you pushing? Are you hitting fuel cut? It sounds like a secondary injector issue. Check the boost sensor and AFM, they both play a role in the secondaries coming on.

 

The thing thats cueing me into the secondary issue is that this is happening at precisely around 3800.

 

try taking ur primaries and swapping them with the secondaries

if the car doesn't start or run right.. u know the culprit

(it happend to my car as well so i know)

 

im at 7 psi of boost and nope im not hittin cut out at all..
