WTF, I am so frustrated with this problem.

Ok, so When I drive my car in vacuum, it runs fine. I can run all the way to redline amd it has no problem.. But when I try to go into boost it reads the 6 lbs that its supposed to be boosting but basically falls on its *** and bogs, backfires and just plain dies. It sounds like it is leaning out. So, I have run through everything and done this so far...

New walboro 255 fuel pump and new filter in the tank
Fuel pump rewire
All new vacuum lines for the upper and lower intake manifold.
Also replaced the vacuum line spider for the oil injectors
I got a new aftermarket 3 inch TID, because my old one was cracked to hell.. I actually thought this was the problem.
I have run 3 new grounds to the block
1 new ground to the injection manifold
1 new ground from the bellhousing to the firewall.

Now, after all of this.. It still does it. I can drive fine as long as I stay out of boost.
My wastegate is working fine, the turbo spins freely with no play. It makes no funny noises.
I have checked all hoses and piping for the intercooler etc.

The car sat for 9 years before me restarting it.

All thats left in the fuel system that I have not gone over is the fuel injectors, and the main fuel filter.

I also notice that after running it up to temperature it is hard to start and floods. Is this related?

I'M KINDA HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM BUT WITH THE HESITATION. But mine start at the 3800rpm. Or When I'm push it to full throttle is when i also have that hesitation or feul cut which ever. I'm going to check the ground from the ecu and see how that goes. You should research more about the ecu ground. good luck

let me know if you figure it out.

You have an aftermarket boost gauge? How sure are you that it is at 6 psi?

ok

Im going to work on getting my rtek. In the mean time, I am going to have my injectors professionally cleaned and tested, replace the fuel filter and blow out the fuel lines, just in case.

well

my friend came over and listened to my engine and said it was definately leaning out. I have verified I have fuel to my engine , i just dont know if it is enough. So I am going to start by replacing the fuel filter under the brake master cylinder, and blow out all the fuel lines to make sure there is no clog. After that, I will let you know what happens.
