Wtf... This is driving me crazy!

So a little background.
I have an 88 TII bone stock except for a mild street port on a fresh rebuild with new housings, and a walboro fuel pump. Since the engine was dropped in there i have been getting around 120hp out of the engine and i dont know why. It feels as if the car is weaker than my stock na all the way through the rpms. I have checked the boost and all the piping and that goes along with that, its all working fine. I checked the timing and its dead on. Put a new map sensor on. And my cat is brand new so there's no clogging there. My compression is reading 120 so thats not a problem. Asside from the possibility of the pully being on backwards which i doublt what do u think it could be? looking for anything, even a stab in the dark would help.

Whats your fuel pressure like?
Have you changed your fuel filter latley?

Finally, check your grounds as well on the car.

Was the engine broken in properly?

Have you put a wideband O2 sensor on it? (could be REALLY rich)

Are the plug wires on correctly? (had to ask)

Have you pulled any codes from the computer?

Like it was said above - fuel filter and grounds?
The pulley can only go on one way.

Ya ive broken it in well, nice and easy for 2000km's, the plug wires are all in right and and the grounding doesnt seem to be the problem.

The port was done locally buy snks racing, they work mostly on rotary engines and have made a decent name for themselves. I'm gauging it by feel only for the hp, tommorow i go in for a dyno and i'll put some more exact numbers. Its really a confusing problem for me, and the mechanic who did the install doesnt seem to think that its his responsibility to fix the problem.
Thanks guys for the tips, i hope o can solve this problem

No codes from the engine?

Try checking your TPS sensor, make sure it's adjusted properly.

if the motor sounds kinda "chainsawish" you could be running on one rotor. DO NOT dyno it yet until you know for sure.

check that plug on the back of the water filler neck, check to see if your wastegate is hooked up, my wastegate arm came off the flapper door once and i had no power what so ever.

The secondary throttle plates are not opening. Disable the linkage and tie it back so the cam/damper do not hold them closed. The linkage I talk about is a small rod with a spring over it. Held with a cotter key on one end and an approx 8mm wench size nut on the 0ther. Its located on the front/left of the throttle body.
