WTD is the "Feedback System"

I just pulled the error codes off my car and got 11 (Air Thermosensor (Engine)) and 17 (Feedback System). I've looked all through the service manual and cannot find anything relating to the Feedback System. What is it, where is it, how do I test/replace it.

O2 sensor - something is wrong with it or the wiring to it.
