would vac lines going to wrong place cause turbo not to boost?

Just wondering if that could be causing my boost leak? For a pic of my vacuum lines go to this link. Thanks for any help in advance

I don't see why messed up vaccuum lines would cause no boost. Even if the wastegate stayed open, you would still hit some boost, especially if its not ported. you arent getting any boost whatsoever?

what are your other mods? If the wastegate is stuck open and you have really clogged cats, you might not be boosting at all.

no I've been through all that and even got new gaskets for the turbo and manifold and don't have any cats so I know its not that but if someone could take a look at the pic and tell me whats going on that would be great. Thanks.
