Would leaky and/or stuck injectors contribute to a rich running engine?

This the question I have -- I know it would undoubtedly contribute to an overly rich, albeit chronically flooded start when warm (and even sometimes cold), but I'd like to know if leaky and/or stuck injectors would contribute to a rich condition long after the car has warmed up? All on a car that has a new O2 sensor and thermo sensor. Thanks.
