Would a kill switch on the clutch button work???
So yah, kill switch on clutch button seems like a easy one to install, and id feel more comfortable wiht that over doin the fuel pummp incase somehow the switch gets fliped off while running etc *could cause damage*...
could that work? If someone hotwires the car, does that bypass the foot on clutch button? Or is the clutch button directly wired up to the ecu and tells the car that "its ok to start"?

The inhibitor switch opens the circuit that connects the ignition switch to the starter solenoid. Hotwiring just takes the place of turning the key, so no, it shouldn't work if the circuit is broken by the clutch switch.
The clutch switch (or interlock switch in the FSM) is itself a "kill switch." When open, the switched 12V + power that energizes the starter solenoid is not connected. When it closes (button pressed in), switched 12V current is supplied to the solenoid. Any additional kill switch you add would not have anything to do with the clutch switch; it may only share the wires if you tap into the B/R or B/G wires that connect the ignition switch to the clutch switch and the starter.
