Is his truck paid for? 4.3 or 2.2? Extended cab or regular cab?

seems like you put so much heart and soul into your car! with re-doing the body, the mods, and weren't u gonna get a turbo upgrade? if you're that set on getting an FD and think this is the right step, then go for it. but otherwise you probably haev one of the nicest T2's around, and if still puts a smile on your face, keep it!

The trade of truck ---> FD wouln't be straight accross, you'd need to scrounge up at least another 5k.

OK, in a perfect world you trade your FC for and S10, find some sucker to buy it for 15K because it has pretty paint, then buy an FD in DECENT shape that blows up in less than a year and you spend a couple thousand on a rebuild.

In reality, you trade your FC for the S10, but find that the pretty red paint doesnt help the price at all. You promise yourself for the next 2 years that your going to sell the truck as soon as you get an offer over 10k, which doesnt come. So here you are, 2 years later driving a truck that has depreciated immensely, and you still want another RX7. So what do you do? You sell it and take the 6k you get for it and buy another FC

That seems like a lot of work just to get another FC. Keep your car and forget this straight up trade nonsense. Why would you want to get rid of your car anyway?

No, do not do it! I can't stand the way those customized little trucks look. How you could go from an amazing sports car to that...

Don't trade. Please.

If your gonna do something psyco like that, let me get my wrecked '90 GTU on a flat bed, drive it up there and we'll trade. Thats about how good the trade would be for the truck. But if you would like I'll trade ya............
