Question Would it be a good idea if...

I was wonder if it would be worth it to get a 4 port 13b from an 85 fuel injected rx-7 and put a huge port on it like a bridge port and then put that engine in an 87. It would problably be changed to carb, unless I could keep it fuel injected easily. It would be kind of a race engine only for like weekends.

85 13b is 6 port

you need a 87-91 turbo engine. they are 4.

Dang, I thought 85 13b's were 4 ports, guess I was wrong. It''s hard to find a turbo engine in bakersfield for a half way decent price. And $900 for an imported motor is a little too much for me.
