If the push buttons on the surround or power are broken on your vert (like staying down and never comeup)well you can get the same push buttons out of the air condition control system (the one where you push all the little buttons to tell the ac to blow).Just take it apart an get to the buttons an carefully pull the tabs (2) on each side making sure the spring doesnt shoot out,make sure the little contacts dont fall out.Take the white push button that has the contacts on them an transfer to the stereo control unit that controls the headrest and dont forget the spring goes in first it works like a charm
