Would it go into limp mode?

would bad plugs and wires throw the car into limp mode and throw an engine light?

I havent checked it yet. I was just wondering if the car had bad plugs and wires could it throw an engine light and put the car in limp mode?

Doubt it. Limp mode is for when critical components fail. Like the OMP or the CAS.

Yea thats what I thought. Someone told me that that may be causing my problem but I told him I doubt it.
