Would fouled oil cause hard start?
Ok guys I have been back tracking a few things in my mind as far getting my car to start right. I swapped a perfectly running s5 motor into another s5. Which now takes me forever to crank.
I remember when I first got the motor installed I had my ful lines backwards. Once I got that issue resolved the car would start fine until I flooded it bad once.
I had forgotten to tighten the lugnuts down before I drove the car off as it sat in the driveway for over a year with no motor and I swapped the rims off of it. Well about two seconds later I realized my error and shut it off. It was nasty flooded. Ever since I have had an issue it seems.
Before this I had no problem. I also want to say I got some water in the oil cooler as well during the swap. I know this sounds stupid but I wonder if shitty oil can keep my car from starting right?
I also wonder if my OMP lines leaking might impact it. I can't tell for sure if they are leaking, looks like it might be the case.

Oil will have nothing to do with flooding. You have low compression, leaky injector(s), poor spark, timing is off, fuel pressure regulator is shot, vacuum leak, TPS is off..
If your fuel inlet and outlet lines are reversed it won't get any fuel and will not even try to start.
-fully charge your battery.
-remove spark plugs
-unplug fuel pump
-crank engine until no more gas mist shoots out of the spark plug holes
-squirt about 5ml of motor oil into each leading plug hole
-crank engine a few seconds to build up compression
-clean and reinstall spark plugs
-plug fuel pump back in
-start engine
-drive car and be happy
