You have an S4 you need the adapter to get a cone filter bro. There are cheap adapters you can get for like 25 bux shipped then you just buy a nice cone style K&N filter with a 3" fitting and hook that biotch up and you got an extra 5hp. total cost is like 50bux for the filter and 25 or so for the adapter. If you want one for the stock air box then let me get you a link.

I picked up one of those ebay filters and adapters for like 10 bucks. The filter is proly not as good as a K&N, but I needed the adapter so when I need a new filter I can just go and pick up a K&N. Also, they show the adapter as being metal on the auction, but when I got it, it was black plastic. Oh well it works and was only $10 plus shipping.

Higgi on this forum makes some damn nice looking cast AL ones with the proper molding in the inlet for good flow. He only wants $30/shipped and they fit a 3" filter.
I know if I was in the market for this part I would buy one of his without thinking twice about it.
