WTF is going on? I have an S5 T2 trans in my car with a ACT Stage 2 4 Puck clutch and heavy duty pressure plate. Slave/Master were replaced as was the hose with a SS one. My clutch lately has been engaging very late (basically when the pedal hits the floor), and I can only shift if I rev match every single gear, otherwise it takes 3 or 4 times to get it into gear.

I decided to do a spirited WOT in 3rd gear from about 3500 and all of a sudden I hear a sound that can only be described as several pieces of paper being crumpeled .. loudly.

Everything is bolted down correctly, and I have been having problems with my transmission for a while now, so I'm pretty sure thats it. Whats the possible culprit here?
