What kind of smoke is it and how bad? My GXL was $500 and it smokes a little. Runs great though.

Where do you get 2Gs from?
100 - seats
500 - random body panels (maybe)
300 - random engine parts

I see 1000 max. Hey, prove me wrong!

Haha... someone voted "No." You could easily make back the $500 you spent on it by parting it out. In my opinion, you have nothing to lose here unless you are strapped for money.

It might be a $500 car now, but restored it'll get much more.

oil lines, engine mounts, tune up, vac hoses. injector cleanage, interior work, most likely a paint job? seals if engine has lots of miles, and if it has overheating problems caps, water pump, the whole works and if ur pulsation damper goes out all in all after u fix it, tis worth ur money theres no other car that feels good like a rotor

paint!?!?! i think the goal would be getting it to run. not makeing it pretty. anyhow, get it, part it, get paid! it may take a while to get all that money i mentioned, but heres what i did.

get a saveings account

everytime you sell a part
stick it in the bank.

dont touch the money till the car is tottaly gone

but make sure the account is one that you dont normaly use, refrain from putting it in your checking cause you will never see your profit.

just be patient and you should have enough money to go look for a road worthy 7!

The car did nothing to you.... Give her a chance before you part her out. You will be able to make your money back later or have a damn good car fairly cheap
