You can get that lip at Home Depot, in the Lawn and Garden section.

Ya, I'm serious. Its called lawn edge or something. Its used around rock gardens and such to keep the rocks and grass seperate.

Don't tell anybody, but I'm considering this too...

Actually, it was the victim of a battery with a blunt object (bat). Someone couldnt keep control of their temper when a heater hose blew off.
