What size is the woodruff key? I managed to lose mine and the only place in town that has metric woodruff keys doesn't know what size it is either?

 

just go to mazda, and order one from them

 

Yeah there are two mazda dealerships here, one said they could order it and the other said they probably had it but it was in a bag with a million others. If I can find out the size I can get it today. I would really like to get it today because I've spent well over a month not being able to drive my car because of shipping delays and other bs, now that everything is finally here, my Fing woodruff key is lost. I really really really really dont want to have to wait for shipping.

 

Sounds like ur gonna have to wait. I dont think anyone will have one for our cars in stock. Not a really a huge demand for them.

 

What's a woodruff key?

 

A woodruff key looks like the outside piece cut off a metal disc.
It fits in a curved bottom slot in a shaft to align the shaft with other parts.

If the shop has several sizes, just get one of each that looks close to what you need.
