I forgot this is a series five car, not series four. It's a blue/green wire as shown in the attached jpg. All series four and five wiring diagrams are downloadable from the FAQ thered.

BLUE/GREEN only has pwr when the engine is running.........when the key is HELD to START.............when key is ON, engine OFF and the yellow two socket fuel pump check connector is jumpered.

BLUE/GREEN does not get pwr by just putting the key to ON and taking no other action.

Fuel pump is powered by the circuti opening relay via the ENGINE fuse.
