won't start
hey I'm new to rotary engines, in fact I don't really know much about any engine but I have an 86 non-turbo. I replaced the leading coil pack which was bad, and the plugs. Started right up. Ran out of gas, then had to replace part of the fuel line. Now it wants to start but its fouling the plugs. The plugs get spark and I tried the EGI fuse thing a number of times but it doesn't work.
Could it be something with my fuel line, maybe getting too much gas? It doesn't seem serious but I don't know sh*t. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like a full tuneup is in order first. If your doing it yourself download or purchase the mazda workshop manual. I think teamfcs.org has a downloadable 87/88 workshop manual that's applicable on the 86.
Someone else might be able to tell you what's up with the flooding / running rich as well.
