Won't START!!!

Ok starter has been replaced. But this is what is going on. I turn the key over and I just get an audible click. Voltage is 12.8 volts on the battery. I've checked the fuses under the hood but that's it. Tomorrow I'll dig deeper. I'm running an E6K. It's been a long week, and I'm short on time. Any suggestions on what I should inspect. I appreciate the help guys.

Maybe your battery terminals are bad...That used to happen to me, turned out it was the battery terminals.

Ditto. That happened on my Jeep.. There was enough current for the accessories/ignition and what not, but soon as I put heavy load on it... it popped whatever connection it had, and actually pitted the lead terminals on the battery. So.. I'd check that first...

Other than that, make sure your engine isn't carbon locked or anything. can you turn it over by hand?

I second (or third?) on the bad battery terminal connectors. I had new ones (less than 200 miles) on mine and they did this. Note to anyone: don't buy the pre-painted terminals, they suck.

I doubt it's carbon lock motor is new. like 9K miles new. Battery is an Optima red top, I'll check the connections later. what about the actual ignition switch?

Does anyone know how to check the ignition switch? I also had a turbo timer installed. I'll remove the harness and see if I can eliminate one more thing.

I'll check the connection..Good point actually there's a stopper at the top of the clutch, mine fell off years ago and I glued a dime on there. I'll check it in the morning. Anyone have any other suggestions? If I had money I'd replace most of this....but seeing as I am unemployed at the moment....I have to hit the nail on the head.
