Won't Start
I recently bought a 1987 Mazda RX-7 Turbo II, It has 107,000 miles on the engine. Every time I try to start it just makes a clicking noise in the main relay, it never cranks or trys to start, it seems like the engine is dead, it has a new starter in it, I also checked the fuses in the inside and under the hood of the car. What could it be, it has power in the inside of the car but, it looks like it dont have any power in the engine. Any advice would be appreciated Thank You.

if it's just clicking i think that's a starter issue. it might have fried on the first turn or something... not sure how/why, but it sounds like a starter issue. try the old tapping trick, take a metal rod, or hammer or something, and tap the starter a bit, then try turning the engine over again.

New starter eh. Jack the car up. Put it in neutral. Jumper a wire b/t the starters small wire and the large wire on the starter solenoid. The starter should turn over.
If it did turn over, then put the small wire back on. With the car in neutral, touch the starter and have someone turn the key to START. Did the starter make the click sound or not.
If it did not, then jumper the starter interlock switch that is located about three inches from the very top of the clutch pedal. Do not jumper the switch that is further DOWN the clutch pedal. That's the wrong one. With the interlock sw jumpered, hold on the starter with your hand and have someone turn the key to START with the car out of gear. The starter should click or turn over.
If you have a meter you can do much better just watching the meter while turning the key to start with the meter attached to the starters small wire.
We assume the battery cables are on good and clean and the battery ground wire is attached to the starters long outboard bolt or at least to the attach bolts for the transmission. All assumed.

Well I got A screwdriver and touch both of the wires together and the starter makes a spinning noise but it does not engage with the flywheel, I check my ground cables and they are good. I open the key trying to start it up and I check the spark in my coil packs but, it does not have any, should the engine crank in order for the coil to spark because I can even get the engine to crank.
