won't idle on own

MY tII will not idle unless i give it gas
I know it's probably a vacuum leak but which vaccuum hoses should I look out for?
Also the BAC valve (the green piece on UIM) and oil metering rod is not connected.
Can they be the culprit also?

Any vacuum hose is suspect. Also, the TID.

Yes, a disconnected BAC will certainly cause this problem.

Connect your oil metering rod NOW. Without it, the apex seals are being starved for oil.

Also, please search. Idle problems are very common, and have been covered very well in the past.

OK i'm pretty sure it's the BAC.
The connector was very brittle and broke off
I've been premixing so i'm pretty sure the apex seals are ok

When I get the BAC plug I'm goin to have to splice and crimp the wires. Now how do I know which wires goes in which connection. I assume you can find out with a multimeter and read the voltages, but is there another way? Like marking on the wire?
