wont idle and boggs under load in 5th

Wont Idle And Boggs In 5th Gear

timing is off and i have to max out the pickup sender to get it in time but it runs like crap. i have to feather the throttle to get it to move but once im rolling i can make good power. until 5th gear then it boggs. ive checked plugs wires and vacum leaks. its useing and *** load off fuel though. about 8 miles per gallon. its seems to flood the rear rotor. after running it ill look at the spark plugs and the front are clean and the rear are black.
