Question won't accelerate past 4psi

Car
87 t2
streetported rebuilt motor
bnr stage 2
550cc pri/ 1600cc secondary
walbro 255lph
rtek 2.1 (untuned as of now)
rats nest and emission removal

The car runs smooth below 4psi and if you stay out of the throttle and keep it under 4psi it pulls good. as soon as you hit 4psi it stops accelerating and building boost. In the rtek when I log it it shows the secondaries turning on and the injector p/w changing but that's it.

could my pressure sensor be bad?

Do you have a pill installed between the manifold and the pressure sensor. This keeps the reading smoother on the pressure sensor and keeps it from going into overboost mode on the ecu. Keeps it from "spiking" so to speak. I would also check the TPS adjustment.

the rtek 2.1 removes the fuel cut. but AFAIK I don't have the pill in the pressure sensor. The reading on the rtek when it his the 4psi wall shows 99% tps so I don't think the tps is doing anything at that point
