It will run perfect once i get the cat unclogged tomarrow and reset the idle.
The guy notice it wasnt idleing right so he cranked it up, he didnt stop to think what might cause it to idle wrong, i did some investigation (put my hands to the exhaust pipe's) i compression tested it and it was good but it lacked putting out pressure! He just had the rear y pipe replaced but the shop that did it didnt touch the cayts. And even at idle it would make the number one cayt glow. Guess what TEST PIPE. lol
If that doesnt fix it i may have to get out the fiberscope and ohlms meter! but ill post if it does or does not fix the problem.

eh...
its an 86(maybe 87) base n/a with dents in the unibody, faded paint, greening red interior, its 4 lug so small 1 pot brakes. manual windows, and locks.

but i see no rust, it has a sunroof (i assume it works) the engine (if good) has another 100k miles left probably, the damage that is there is minimal, engine bay is dirty but untampered with, all the interiors there, and its light.

to the wrong person 800-1k
to the right person 1500-1900

prolly sell for 1350-1400

If it was cleaned up a little bit I wouldn't be surprised to see something like that go for about 1800-2000.

And I thought the gaps between my 15" wheels and my fenders were big... jeesh!

If it runs fine (after the cat issue is fixed) it's automatically worth atleast 1k IMO

at most i would say 1000-1200 right now, in the summer where these cars are higher in demand, and to the right person you can get 1800 for it.

only because i got a mint condition 91 auto for 600 -=X lol

it could be idleing wrong because the fc's gotta thingy that opens the thorttle body to idle higher when its cold let it warm up and the idle should drop but id pay around 1500 but it doesnt seem like the guy knows what he has on his hand so offer a grand n see what he says
