Wobbly wastegate lever

So I've been having weird rattling noise recently on my 87 t2. I have a s5 turbo with ported wastegate (done by previous owner). So I traced this sound to my turbo charger, removed heat shield and found its a wastegate lever on the turbo side. It has a lot of play and it sounds like its hitting the housing on the inside (makes clunking noise when I move it). My question is it supposed to have play? It didnt seem right to me. Also do rebuild kits come with that lever seal thingy? Any good rebuild companies?

The bushing that seals the wastegate arm to the turbine housing wears out and allows the play. Seems to be more of an issue on the S5's for some reason.
That bushing is not part of the rebuild kit.
The only place I've seen them is from BNR as part of the rebuild. Not sure if you can purchase one by itself, though.

Can I drive it this way and just wait for it to go? or this can mess up my engine once it goes?

The wastegate arm won't suddenly break. It will just leak more and more exhaust and boost will build slower.
The wastegate actuator is supposed to keep everything tensioned so it doesn't just rattle freely. If it isn't working properly, then it might overboost and cause engine damage. You'll just need to determine if there is something wrong with it.
