Question Wiring Nightmare!

I am having a wiring nightmare, I did not research enough when I bought a S5 motor and ECU, and I was new to RX7's. The whole problem is that I have an S4, so we figured that we will just put S5 wires in it. We went and got some S5 wires, but it was from a vert, a '91 vert. The blinker and cruise are on the steering column, instead of the dash. Can anyone explain the way that the interior harnesses run on a convertable dash? We figured out everything but the dash electrical. This would be highly appreciated, because this car is giving me nightmares!

You can find the S4 & S5 wiring diagrams here: http://foxed.ca/foxed/index.php?page...nual#secondgen. Dash harnesses are routed the same for all models.

Where is the plug for the headlight switch then? I can't find anything on this car anymore.

You're probably missing the one or both of the small harnesses for the switches. Both S4s and S5s have two harnesses called "cluster switch LH harness" (CR1) and "cluster switch RH harness" (CR2). Harness names and abreviations are are on page Z-7 of the S5 diagrams. The headlight-related plug is on CR1 (page Z-62).
