my 91 has no headlights! and this weird electrical problem. my a/c , sunroof work with the car completely off! if i go to a mech how much am i going to lose?? or if anyone knows a thing or too about electrical please HELP ME!!

 

You would be better off taking it to a technician/mechanic. I work at a dealership and have dealt with similar problems. There are many possible problems. It isnt really something you can just explain. You have to know what you are looking for and where. Expense wise it will varie. That is my opinion though.
