Check the 15 amp Engine fuse to begin with. Black/White wire in the top row middle position should have power w/key to on at the Circuit Opening relay.

B/W wire top row far left has voltage w/key to start.

Blue wire has voltage w/key to start.

Blue wire has voltage w/key to on and fuel check connector jumpered or the solid Black wire bottom row far left position is jumpered to the Brown wire bottm row far right position in relay.

Checked voltage at the relay, got 12v.
Checked voltage at the fuel pump, got 12v.
Turned key to on with the yellow plug jumped and it starts pumping!

Must have a dirty connector on the relay.

Only thing is that I have no fuel being pumped, should have a few litres but its pretty low. Will go get some more and check again.
