The three electrical plugs that connect to the series four ECU will not mate with a series five ECU.
A series four Turbo EM harness will mate with a series four non turbo EM harness and also will mate with the FRONT harnesses two ORANGE colored plugs. BUT the pinnouts in the plugs are not exactly the same, so if you put a Turbo EM harness in a Non turbo car, then you have to rearrange the wires in the two plugs on the EM harness that mate with the FRONT harness.
A series FIVE turbo engine has the knock sensor on one of the ROTOR housings. On a series four engine, the knock sensor is on the front, left side of the Intermediate housing. That's one way to tell which series.
Series five OMP is Electrical. Series four is.............not electrical in any way shape or form.
IF your still confused..........PM RETED and I'm sure he'll give you an answer.
