Anyone have any suggestions for the best way to swap a 87 T2 electrical harness into a 89 GXL? I have the wiring harness from the passenger side out, now i for the life of me cannot figure out how im going to get the driver side harness out. The fuse block is way too big to fit through the boot and there is so much wiring in the engine bay that it's almost impossible to pull through. Any thoughts

 

Pull the dash and that harness goes all the way to the front of the car up to the headlights and around to the passenger side of the car. Also it hooks into your starter, alt and fuse block under the hood.
