Wiring harness question

It runs but it sure runs bad. The backfiring is gone but I think it is only running on one rotor but the compression is good, its about 90-95 on both rotors. I checked for spark and there is spark on all four plugs (I just pulled the boot off the plugs one at a time and looked for spark).

To fix the problem with the not starting and backfiring, I took off all of the remaining emissions. The only thing left is the BAC. I replaced the spark plug wires, re-connected all of the fittings for the front intercooler tubing and replaced the vacuum hoses that were left. I also replaced a couple of grounds. I replaced the ground that goes from the block to the firewall with 4 ga wire and I added a new 10 ga wire from the block directly to the neg battery terminal plus I cleaned up the ECU ground.
