wiring harness problem

this is on a 88 turbo 2 (10th ae) 5spd.
i just finished dropping in the motor and hooked up everything except for the wiring harness that hooks up to the starter and tranny.
can anyone tell me where all these wires go?
i've already hooked up the wires that go to the alternator, but there are 4 wires that go to the tranny that i'm not sure about because there are two 2prong connectors and two 1prong connectors (5th gear and backup light switch). and there are the wires and grounds that go on the starter and starter solenoid, which i'm completely lost on.
i need a picture or something to figure this out.
help me out please. thanks in advance.

Yo, I have the S5 manual so I won't be of much help to you but there is, floating around somewhere (iluvmyrx7.com or fc3s.org or mazdaformance.com or some other related site) the wiring diagrams for your vehicle. They indicate wire color, connector pinouts, and where everything fits together. I'd recommend you start there.
