wireing and pully motor startup questions.... im a noob :)

so i have my motor and everything into the car and bolted to the transmission and everything is sitting kosher. the car did not have power steering and i am not going to have the AC in the car.

so the question is can i run the car without the ac unit on the car? IE remove the whole ac unit from the side of the motor and not run the belts through the ac pully?

also the motor i have is a JDM motor and still has the harness attached to it. is it possible to just atatch the harness to the current harness in the car since both are series 4 turboII.

Yes, you can remove the AC system.

Don't use the J-spec EM harness. It's not the right length for a left hand drive car, and you'll have a much easier time just routing in your existing EM harness. Remove the UIM/TB, loosen a few things and feed the old harness through.

but if i remove the ac part off of the motor i would need a shorter belt wouldnt i? since the pully would be gone?

and for some reason my jspec harness reaches... but ill run my stock harness.

Aren't the AC and PS driven by separate/independent belts?
Removing the AC- and it's belt- shouldn't affect anything else.
