Wire Harness help IDing plugs and High RPM bog

Ok so I pulled this section of the wire harness outta my 1988 GXL S4 non vert

<a href='http://s481.photobucket.com/albums/rr178/azrider600/?action=view&current=wires.jpg' target='_blank'><img src='http://i481.photobucket.com/albums/rr178/azrider600/wires.jpg' border='0' alt='Photobucket'></a>

So everything is hooked up and went to its home and the only possibly wires to get mixed up were 14 and 15 cause they were just pin plugs.

Currently my car starts, idles fine, and runs strong to about 4000 RPM then I can feel it drop in power and once I am about to 5200-5800rpms it spudders and surges till I have to shift. 5th and 6th ports are working fine. also in neutral the vehicle runs fine all the way through max RPM its only doing this when actually driving, so I am curious could any of the plugs listed above cause that due to bad connection or somehow hooked up wrong. So I would like to know what all the plugs are, and color detail is below for labeling help.

1. Don't know - comes of the wire that come off the main fuse on the fuse block
2. Main Fuse
3. Main Fuse
4. + Positive Terminal
5. Chassis Ground off of Ground Wire from battery to Starter
6. - Ground Terminal
7. Don't Know - but its the round one
8. Don't Know - but its the square plug with 4 wires going into it
9. Don't Know - but its the square plug with 6 wires going into it
10. Goes to Alternator
11. Don't Know - But had the 4 wires blue, red, yellow, green.
12. Don't Know - But its green
13. Don't Know - But its also green
14. Don't Know - But its red and is a plug pin
15. Don't Know - But its black and also a plug pin
16. Don't Know - But it has a white like two circle plug kinda end
17. little clip plug on the starter
18. Starter +
19. Starter ground
20. Don't Know - But its red wire that goes to bottom of the motor
21. Don't Know - But its black and red that goes to bottom of the motor
22. Don't Know - But its yellow and red and goes to a little stub on the side of the engine
23. Don't Know - But it has a little relay thing on the end that has like a Mitsubishi logo on it or something

The engine doesn't use the secondary injectors while in neutral but only the primaries which explains why you can rev the engine with no problem. The secondary injectors are used when the engine is under load and relies on the Pressure sensor for that. So you want to check this sensor in addition to the ground on top of the engine. Your pressure sensor has four wires to it. Black is the ground, Brown/White has 5 volts w/key to on, Black/White has 12 volts w/key to on and the Brown/Red wire has 3.5 to 4 volts w/key to on with the vacuum hose disconnected from the sensor. Dismount the sensor from its bracket so you could turn it upside down so as to take the voltage readings with the plug connected to the sensor.

so just follow the black wire to the ground to check the ground, and just volt meter check with the ignition switched on? and so if all that is good more than likely I got plugged secondaries? and what do I do if the volts are not right for what they should be? I have also replaced that rubber hose from the PS to the motor cause it was cracked, could I have possibly used like a wrong ID size hose?

The hose that would be used is generally 5/32 inner diameter. In that particular hose is an item called a restrictor pill or orifice which is supposed to smooth out the vacuum in the hose. Some contend their car runs fine w/o it while others say their car is a bit herky jerky. Check the Pressure sensor as stated and see how your readings compare to spec first off. There could be other issues besides your injectors being plugged up.

The ground wire I was alluding to is the main ground on top of the engine which grounds out most if not all of the items running to the ECU. You could reground the four ground wires at the ECU if that was the issue.

yea I just read a post from you talking about the 3a, 3g, 2c, 2r wires being grounded to the front ecu bolts. Ill look into that after I volt check the pressure sensor. everything ran fine till I relocated my battery to the back so I am leaning towards bad grounds, but I have a ground going to the top starter bolt and then back to the chassis ground (number 5) noted above and also to my bottom seat belt bolt on the passenger side.
