I replied to the other thread as well, but with 99.9% confidence, I will say that is the cruise control plug. It's a four position 250 connector. Available from multiple sources.

The black with red stripe wire is throwing me off though. What version do you believe this harness to be?

I just did this job. My harness is still labeled but I'm not at my car right now. I used this thread, he goes in order so count along as best you can. A lot of plugs do go unused https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...rness-1153410/

That section where you're confused looks to be a hack job from a previous owner.

Im in the middle of pulling my stock harness out which is uncut. Once I do, Ill take some pictures.

I’m trying to put this back together, and not having a clean example of what I need sucks

Every good video or pic I find is always for the turbo harness

What a headache.

Im sorry. Im spending tonight pulling my harness and Ill have a good example to lay out.

The manual does show NA as well. You just need to take the time to understand it. They show NA and Turbo diagrams together and have the full names for sensors.

Series 5 didnt come out till 89 if thats what youre concerned about.

There will be some differences between the S4 and S5 harness.
