Wire Boost Gauge To Door Lock?
Hey i got a Re Amemiya Boost Gauge and i put in my left Vent that is in the door panel. My only question is can i just wire the gauge to the Door lock wires that are exposed behind the panel?
Black To black (ground) And White (illumination) to blue im assuming? or would i put it white to yellow?
or is there even though power going to the door lock to illuminate my single Gauge? (theres 2 little lights)
thanks in advance...

It wouldn't work right. The light would only come on in the gauge if the door was open. Just run wires through the door. I have my Greddy gauge in the same spot and I ran my illum. to my cig. lighter light bulb so that it dims and comes on with my headlights. Post a pic of what your setup looks like, here is mine.

It DOES work its just the lights on the gauge are only on when the doors are locked and i think not enough power goes to the door locks to power my gauge because the light bulbs are very very dim to the point where they dont even show through the gauge.
Ill get some more wire and run it to to my cig. lighter thing too to see if that helps.
