Wipers stuck????

Just last night when I was coming home from work I turned on my windshield wipers because it was raining and as soon as I flipped them off they kept on going and wouldnt stop so I hit the windshield wiper *** and then it stopped. But I turned them on again this morning and they did the same thing...
Any ideas on what the problem is and what I can do.

And I also have an engine question.. I've heard that you can use your stock wire harness to do the turbo conversion, is this true?? If so how hard would it be to do so, because I just bought a turbo engine with everything on it for 800 dollars with 30k miles on it.

I know the wiper logicon had lots of problems, mine only works on one setting.
Could try taking it out and cleaning it up, maybe with alcohol or something?
Other than that, replacing it would be next option, I think.

This is useful information for the wiper switch.

I just replaced mine with the factory one from Mazda, very easy to do and pretty darn cheap too.
