wiper switch issue, not the norm

alright my wiper switch is effing up. i've already had it rebuilt and it was working fine. here's the thing, most bad switches will only work on speed 1. the intermittent and speed 2 do not work. this is because intermittent and speed 2 work through the same relay which usually goes out or the solder points become weak and cause this to happen.

well my switch i HAVE the intermittent and speed 1, but speed 2 and mist do not work. so i'm wondering if it is a switch issue or an issue with something else. has anyone else ran into this problem before?

also, my rear wiper doesn't work either
