Wiper Switch, Front End, and Clutch... oh my...

Does anyone have a link on instructions on how to rebuild the wiper switch on my '91 vert? I did a cursory search and didn't turn up any actual instructions, just people implying that they are out there. My switch does the thing where it only runs in low and won't park the blades.

Where does one get a perfect front bumper cover? Is there a particular supplier that people go to, or do you just have to hope that the aftermarket one that your body shop gets you fits ok?

When I'm accelerating aggressively in my stock '91 vert, hitting second gear is a tricky proposition. If I don't shift too fast it is not a problem, but if I drop it too quickly it "zips" as it's dropping into place. I don't have this problem on any other gear. Someone told me that the clutch isn't completely disengaging and that I need a braided SS line. Is it really that easy (and cheap), or have people found this to be a more complicated issue?

I know I'm asking a lot of questions at one time, but I figured I'd throw myself on the mercy of the forum and hope that someone would share their nuggets of wisdom with me.

Not sure what you mean by "zips" as it drops into 2nd gear, but the transmissions on these cars have a notoriously weak synchronizer on 2nd gear. Often, changing to a synthetic gear oil, like Redline's MT 90, with help with the problem.
