Wiper problem, and it's NOT the switch!

I know because i've tried 3 different switches, 2 of which are to be KNOWN GOOD switches. My wipers display the calssic problem of parking wherever you turn them off, and INT runs as high, yadda yadda...

What else would cause this problem?

Meaning when he turns off the wipers, they stop wherever they are. Do NOT park correctly.

ah... in that case it is probably a bad wiper motor.

Parking would mean they return to the rest/bottom/parked position.
