Wiper Motor Wiring assistance

I'm having a bit of an odd problem with my windshield wiper motor. Every time I turn it to one of the 4 settings (mist, Int, I, II), the relay clicks really fast (sounds like a rattle).

It seems like a pretty simple system, and I already verified taht there is 12V at all 4 of the blue wires, and a good ground to it.

I know its not the wiper switch, as I tried a spare I have, and it did the same thing.

Anyone seen this before?

Thanks!
~Wonko

PS - I HATE post errors..

Never mind, solved my own problem.. There was resisitance on the line (dont' ask )..

So if your relays make that sound, there's not enough power in the line.
