Winter inspection

So its getting cold and im starting to prep the TII for storage. but before i do I gotta inspect a few things before i just leave it in the garage for a few months.
Heres what i found this week.

Rubber vac hoses torn @ oilinjector vac spider lines,
My fuel injector lower grommetts magically disappeared
Rear coolant hose torn and leaking
Engine wire harness ready to explode and burst into flames
LIM shows signs of cracking
Pulsation Dampener Leaking
Timing is WAAAAAYYY off
small oil buildup around the oil pan
Engine mounts shot
Tranny mount shot
low tranny fluid
discolored diff fluid
subframe bushings torn and worn
bad caster alignment


WOOOOOWW i cant believe my car is still running after all this, Well since its not moving from its spot now till spring after this discovery, what do you guys think is the best choice of action to take? im thinking dump 10grand into it..hahhahha j/k
