Windshield Wipers

Hello,

My windshield wipers start to move around weirdly - distracting me - if I go faster than 140 MPH.

Is there a set I can buy online or a tweak I can make so this won't happen?

It's been starting to annoy me.

Haha, I am considering taking them off, but the rain is about to start.. it's almost winter.. damn.

It doesn't look like they are going to FALL off, but they are distracting. Bungie cords might work, but it would look ghetto, heh.

EDIT:
Just FYI, there is a highway near where I live I go on once in a while that (if you are going the right way) goes downhill for a few miles. I can go into neutral at the start and end up at 100 by the end... I could probably hit higher speeds than 140 if I tried.

140?

Take me off and use rain-x.

Darwin must have lived next door to someone like you.

Good luck-you're going to need it.

bosh icons are designed exactly for that problem. their very expensive though ($20 a blade), but they can be used for winter/summer, last about three years on average, and they are made with different contours to flex to the windshield better (which is why one size will end with A and the other with B. A is driver side and B is passanger side.) you can get them at auto zone and probly advance and pepboys, and once you buy them you will never go to another wiper blade again.

How about you just deal with the problem because you don't do 140 mph all that much.

Or better yet, just stop trying to go 140.

I know how to fix it.

SLOW DOWN! Seriously, you're gonna kill someone. It's illegal and very dangerous to go that fast on public roads, so DON'T DO IT. I hope the cops catch you and throw you in jail for a long time for doing stupid **** like that.

....OoooooK While I think driving 140 in the rain is downright STUPID. They DO make wipers that have little spoiler type devices on them so that wind at high speed pushes them down onto the glass instead of pushing them up off the glass. Here.... I did a froogle search just for you.

Now you can see what's gonna kill you when you hit it!

Man you are so cool! I wish I was you. Im going to name my first child ScottyBaby. What is your real name so that I can get it tattooed on my forhead?

When I Was 16 I was worried about homework but wow you have already cleared 140 mph?!? That's the true sign that you are going to be sucessful at life and better yet ANYTHING that you want to do.

Congrats to you. Would be awesome to see you doing 160. You would be godlike! Let me know when you have the video done.

Your awesome man!
