Ok, got into my car today. And though I'd clean off my windshield with my wipers. My right one works fine, but the left ones is screwed. It seems to go up, then when it gets back into the resting position it's higher than before. As I keep using it, the wiper blade rests higher and higher on the windshield. Is it the spring that's worn, or what I should I replace?

 

probably just the nut holding the wiper arm is loose.

Try tightening up the nut where the are atttaches.

 

Oh yeah, it went so high that the blade actually went right off the windshield!
